Appointments
Walk-ins are welcome. We like to service you at your convenience; therefore making an appointment will avoid wait time. Due to the popularity of some of our unique service(s) we highly recommend making an appointment when you can. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to ensure we can service you promptly; if you are running late please call and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your appointment may be lost if more than 10 minutes late should others be waiting for service, at which time you will be provided the next available slot.
Method of Payment
We accept cash and all forms of credit card (Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and personal checks cleared through TeleCheck). Tips may be placed on credit card, but cash is always appreciated.
CourtesyAt Apple Nail Salon we strive to provide a relaxing and quiet atmosphere; please be courteous and keep cell phone use to a minimum.
Children and PetsChildren are welcome but must be under adult supervision at all times. Sorry, pets are not allowed by state regulations.
SafetyAll salon tools and products are to be used only by the salon’s licensed technician (for safety and insurance purposes).
Health ConcernsPlease alert your technicians on allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention.
Personal PropertyApple Nail Salon cannot be liable for any personal belonging that may be lost, stolen, or damaged while on salon premises.
Gift CertificatesGift certificates are available at our salon or on-line, please ask your technician or see the receptionist. Gift cards issued are valid for one year after date of purchase. Sorry, but gift certificates may not be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value once issued.
ReturnsFor any reason you are not satisfied with the service performed by one of our technicians, we will gladly re-do the service within 3 days.
Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. However, gratuities are greatly appreciated by technicians for their exceptional service.
Cancellation PolicyWe make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment to accommodate our client's busy schedule. We request that you notify us 24 hours in advance for any cancellation as a courtesy for all our clients and our technicians.
